How The Partnership Works

Step 1: Tell Us About Your Property

Step 2: Quick Feasibility Review

Our team does an initial review to understand fit. We will respond with one of three outcomes: this is a good fit, this is not a fit but we can suggest a referral, or we would like more information.

Step 3: Discovery Call

If there is a fit, we schedule a deeper discovery call to walk through the project in detail.

Step 4: NDA and Next Steps

Before sharing detailed plans or financials, we exchange a mutual NDA via DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
